Sorry, but Al and Dave haven't even started writing the page you just requested. While this is probably because they are incompetent, lazy, and still in some sleazy bar drinking Irish beer - it's just possible that there is another reason why the page you want can't be found. For instance, you may have only two fingers and eight thumbs, so you can't type straight. Alternatively, if you followed a link in a page on someone else's Web site, then they might have got it wrong (isn't it nice to have someone else to blame). And, on checking it out, it looks like it's your own 'mainly-thumbs' problem. We can't do much about that - why not have another go...? Of course, if you still want to send Al and Dave an insulting email message then by all means go ahead - send it to feedback@daveandal.net.
