Namaste Inni,
I have been waiting for a long time to get such quality in musical
instruments, probably my entire life. I received the instruments today and
it just blew me away! Thank you Thank you Thank you !! Tears started to
come from my eyes as I saw the unique craftsmanship in your harmonium and
the sound is amazing. I have been in music all my life and played many,
many harmoniums but this can't compare to the one that I received. I could
not stop playing, I played about 3hrs straight the sound is just heavenly.
Thank you! The sarangi which I have not tuned yet is just amazing and I
love the delicate artwork and designs that bring out the instrument even

Dear Inni Singh,
A thousand apologies to you for being so late in letting you know about
the three Sitars, specailly crafted for me by your firm DMS. I honestly
thank you from the core of my heart for providing me such a high quality
instruments. All three Sitars are well built, the material used is of
superior quality, tonal quality is superb, intonation is matchless and
their beauty is incomparable. I have really fallen in love with these
instruments. The more I play, the more I want to play. I started playing
sitar as a child and since 1974, I have participated in countless
International Music Festivals in different countries, using Sitars crafted
by other leading, well known, reputed makers of Indian Musical Instruments
but these Sitars supersede all others. Just to let you know that I have
recently used these sitars in Asian Festival 2008, World Cuture Festival
2008 and also appeared as soloist with the Aros Symphony Orchestra on 17th
November 2008 while they celebrated their 80th anniversary. Every one in

I thought I should just write once again to express my gratitude for your
services. As you know, I have bought 3 Harmoniums from you over three
years. I have bought your own DMS brand and I have bought Paul & Co. Each
time I have been thoroughly satisfied. It is easy to please someone once
(especially if you just get lucky) but pleasing the same person three
times over a period of some years is a tribute to your own standards of
professionalism. On this last occasion in February 2008, you spent the
entire afternoon patiently with me. You listened to my playing different
Paul & Co harmoniums and you even yourself played them to me so that I
could be sure that what I was buying was what I needed. You even took me
to your home to where you had additional Harmoniums in stock. After
playing some more there, I chose one and it was the one that I really
wanted. With Paul & Co, there are so many fakes in the market that even
though I have bought these in the past, I could never be sure they were
genuine. Having arrived back in London and played my Paul & CO regularly
now, I am convinced that at long last I have a genuine Paul & Co. I can
confidently and incontrovertibly say that the genuine Paul & Co are worth
every rupee/penny/dollar. The real ones are beautifully crafted, look a
real show-piece in the family home, have a substantial weight, and then
play exceptionally well also. Each of the Paul & Co you showed me was
perfect. Nothing you had was defective. Paul & Co harmoniums still deserve
the reputation they have had and it is not true that they are simply
running on their past name. All credit in this respect to BK Paul for
making them in Calcutta and to DMS for selling them in Delhi! Finally,
once I had chosen the piece I liked, you took personal care in ensuring
that it was packed in the most secure fashion with multiple extra package.
The harmonium arrived in London in mint condition. It was a first-rate
service by you from beginning to end. And, on top of that your remained
your usual cheerful self never hurrying me at any moment. It was a
pleasure buying from you. You deserve every success in what you do. In
India everyone just tries to sell anything to you. They don't care if the
product is good. They don't care if you will curse them afterwards. They
don't care if their reputation suffers as a result. They just want to
sell! They don't understand that a customer should not be a customer just
for the day; he should be a customer for Life! .

Received my harmonium on the 14th January. Two days before i was thinking it would come in. Anyhow the quality is amazing. Sounds full and does indeed has a long sustain. Arrived without a scratch. Thanks for the help in assisting me in getting the best available model. Please let me know the prices for your Tabla pairs now. My son wants one high end set so i can finalize this in the next couple of days.

Yesterday (Monday 17th) I received the beautiful Sarod from you. Thank you, it is exquiste and divine. Arriving without any problem, once tuned up it became alive with joy. Though the original name of Sarod means four strings, this twenty five string instrument sings and is truely vibrant. The fibre glass case is very fine too. Thank you for your prompt reply with the questions and concerns I had. The courier company was excellent and kept in constant contact with regards the package status on its tour to down under. I will surely look you up Inni and pay you a visit sometime in the future. Best of luck for 2008 and thank you again.

The Paul & Co harmonium is home and in perfect working order! The sound -- the sound is heavenly! Even the Shahen-shah would approve. It is very inspiring...it is very hard to stop playing. Is there any measures I can do to keep it in pitch? It can get very dry here in Finland in the coming winter months. I would be more than pleased to have this additional information. I received my Paul & Co Harmonium yesterday. As you said it is one of the finest made Harmoniums i have ever seen. Both the Harmoniums i have now from you are absolutely wonderful. Your previous DMS9/3 is a wonderful piece as well. My friends just came in to compare this and yours. Good thing for you to know is that they could not make out a difference in sound in both the models. Anyhow i again thank you for these beautiful Harmoniums and i would certainly recommend you to all my friends who are interested in purchasing any Instruments from India. Also thank you for the amazing price you offered for the Paul & Co. I tried every site on the net which was selling these and could not find anyone even close to yours.

this into a completely different class of harmonium compared to the simple
double reed instruments we are accustomed to playing. And the

Thanks for your e-mail. I would certainly recommend your company to other customers. As I said in my earlier e-mail the model I received, a dulcetina, was excellent, certainly better than other similar harmoniumns that I have seen in terms of build quality. I enjoy playing it, the tuning and temperament of the instrument is perfect and I was surprised by the volume and sustain for such a compact instrument.
